Regence
As Regional Market Vice President, Andrew Over is responsible for strategy development and execution to drive growth in Regence’s Washington and Oregon markets. In this position, Andrew has a strong focus on growing Regence’s visibility in market through strategic partnerships and community involvement.
Andrew currently serves on the board of directors for the Cambia Health Foundation and as Vice-Chair of the board of directors for The Dougy Center. Andrew also serves as the Chair of Cambia’s Political Action Committee (PAC). He is a Senior Fellow with the American Leadership Forum – Oregon and completed the Leadership Portland program through the Portland Business Alliance.
Andrew is a graduate of Lewis & Clark College with a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in History. Andrew and his wife, Tia, live in Portland, Oregon with their two children, Lily (13) and Dylan (11).
