Lindsay Harris leads the day-to-day performance and growth of Cambia’s health plan business across the company’s four-state footprint, as well as oversees network management, clinical services and marketing. Harris has more than 20 years of experience in health care building and leading high-performing teams, most recently as president and chief executive officer of Healthcare Management Administrators (HMA), a Cambia company.

Lindsay built her career on understanding the intricacies of the health care system and creating products and solutions that provide people with information and tools to help prevent disease and ensure access to affordable, high-quality medical care when they need it. Before HMA, Lindsay held a variety of program management, evaluation and consulting positions including roles at Premera Blue Cross, Mathematica Policy Research and the Agency for Healthcare Research & Quality at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Knox College and a master’s degree in public policy with a focus on health policy and program evaluation from Georgetown University.
