Lisa Oman has practiced in the area of Employment Law for many years – formerly, as a partner at a large Seattle law firm and now, with Cambia Health Solutions for 23+ years. She has significant experience in all areas of employment law, including FMLA, ADA, discrimination, noncompetes, etc.  She supports other areas of the company, including Clinical Services, litigation, and Fraud, and the Insurance Inquiry Specialists and Ethics are on her team. She is a passionate leader who brings high energy to her work and team. She is a zealous advocate. Prior to law, Lisa practiced as a Registered Nurse.
