Our Strategy
Our 10-year vision is to advance equity through whole person health in underserved communities in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Utah. By whole person health, we mean the integration of the physical, social and behavioral aspects of our health. We believe that health is personal, multidimensional and integrated, so health care should be, too.
Our 2022-2026 strategic plan prioritizes behavioral health because it is a pressing community need and expanding access to integrated behavioral health services will create a more equitable system of whole person health for people living in our communities. Behavioral health includes mental health, substance use, and encompasses a continuum of prevention, intervention, recovery and support services. As a Foundation, our goal is to advance whole-person health by expanding access to behavioral health in underserved communities. Our efforts will focus on three areas:
